As I mentioned in my last post, I went to an auction on wednesday. Here is a photo of the two glass lots I bought. Unless the weather is bad, I unpack all my auction boxes outside (have found bugs before). I only had to throw away three pieces that were too badly damaged to be salvaged. The tall green glasses remind me of the 70s. Didn't every household have some of them?

Hi Debbie, thanks for stopping by my blog. I also live with a couple of funny kitty people.They are just fabulous to have around, aren't they? I'm working on getting the kids to just leave them alone for a minute. Poor cats are so tolerant!

OMG! I owned those glasses and they matched perfectly with my dinnerware! They were so cool to hold and drink out of. Boy, I'm really dating myself! I was just newly married at a very young age. hahaha! Great idea to open the boxes outside. Never thought of that.
