1970's Owls
Suzanne, the hostess for Vintage Thingies Thursday, posted some 1970's items which reminded me of my owls. A friend gave me these three cute framed owl prints. Like the ceramics she mentioned, owls were quite popular collectibles back then!

I think owls are back "in" again, I seem to see them quite a lot lately!
What no macrame owls? Don't know why they were popular but I remember them.
Owls are definetely back, last summer babies clothes were full of owl prints.

Your owl prints are nice and vintage as well. I have seen them, but never was an owl person.
I have a friend who is collecting owls and she told me it is back but she doesn't like to buy made in "somewhere" so she is hunting in antique store. Yours are pieces to keep. Happy Thursday!

Those little owls are adorable.
I remember an owl from that era that was made by sticking beans and corn onto a background...
One of my aunts had it on her wall.. it was horrid!
